We are living through a time of rapid, often disorienting change. Often we wake up to unexpected news or a startling experience that shakes our sense of reality. The old ways of making sense of the world—centered on rationalism and the Cartesian worldview—are increasingly inadequate in the face of today’s complexity. Meanwhile, the corrosive inheritance of colonization and oppression is steadily dissolving our embodied sense of belonging, aliveness, and coherence within community.

Yet within this chaos lies a profound opportunity and a beautiful invitation. When we see life as a journey of learning, these times offer fertile ground for healing and transformational growth—both individually and collectively.

In this nine-week journey, you will learn to weave your own Mytho-Symbolic-Poetic Narrative—a personal and living story that serves as both a sense-making compass and a wellspring of power and resource for your true, inner identity. This narrative connects you to the essence of your being and your deepest belonging to a greater whole, an infinite and intimate source that has always been within you.

With your Mytho-Symbolic Narrative as a guide, we will explore how to bring forth your presence, stories, and authentic expressions as anchoring forces in a world marked by upheaval, fragmentation, and the pain of oppression. Your narrative becomes a life-giving offering—a quiet revolution of coherence and compassion.

A vital part of this journey involves embodiment practices drawn from Eastern traditions such as Qigong, Tai Chi, and Chinese medicine. These practices not only nourish your nervous system and increase vitality but also awaken your body as a vessel for the “magic” embedded in your symbolic story. Over time, you will begin to emanate peace, vitality, and authenticity—naturally inviting connection, resonance, and trust in others.

This course is a prerequisite module of the Resonance Code Lab, a contemporary study of the I Ching Oracle designed to cultivate leadership grounded in wholeness, playful creativity, and deep listening.
